It is the patient’s responsibility to understand their insurance coverage. We recommend contacting your insurance company to be sure your provider is in the network. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for paying for the services rendered. At present, we can accommodate patients covered by:

• UCare
• Cigna
• Medica/UBH/ UMR

We also accept cash payments.
However, we are not accepting patients with medicare, medicaid, or state medical assistance plans.
